Welcome to the third week of the OISC Online Virtual Soccer Strength and Conditioning Program. I hope you are wearing your favourite jersey! Today we are working on our strength and ball mastery.... The Equipment: -Soccer ball -Wall -Resistance band or old pantyhose (Needs to be attached to something steady. The exercises can also be done without the band) -Bench, chair, sofa, a small table or something similar -5 cones or something to use as markers (shoes, water bottles, shirts...) -Your own music -Water to stay hydrated
