December 9 2020 The Almonte COVID-19 Assessment Center is hosting two satellite COVID-19 Testing Clinics at the Carleton Place Arena. The Clinics will run from 10:00-12:00 on December 11th and 18th 2020, with maximum bookings of 20 and 40 patients on the respective days. Pre-booked appointments ONLY. No Walk-Ins. ... To schedule an appointment, please call 613-325-1208 and leave a message. Messages are retrieved daily between 8:00am and 3:30pm. You will receive a call back from an unknown/ private number. These are COVID-19 Testing Clinics. They do not include a physician assessment. To qualify for a test per Ministry Directives, patients must be a confirmed COVID-19 close contact OR be symptomatic OR be part of a targeted asymptomatic testing population. If you require a physician assessment, please call your local family physician or telehealth for a referral to our Care Clinic, or present to the Emergency Department if your symptoms are severe.
