Managing Stress A 6 week group for adults Life can be stressful. We often struggle to cope with the pressures of work, family, finances, relationships and the list continues. Sometimes stress becomes overwhelming and difficult to manage reducing the quality of our general wellbeing.... Join us for this 6 week group to learn and practice stress reduction skills that can improve your ability to manage the challenges of stress. The course is held at the Child, Adolescent and Family Centre of Ottawa and is facilitated by Jackie Rousseau (MSW, RSW) and Eileen Harper (MSW, RSW). Course Details: Start date is Tuesday, March 18, 2014 Runs every Tuesday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. until April 22, 2014 (six sessions).
