-5 years experience is an asset. Own transportation and Valid G Class Driver's Licence is a must! Ability to pull a landscape dump trailer or an equipment trailer is important. -Experience in: Interlocking Stone, Retaining Walls, Tree and Shrub Planting, Garden Lighting, Fences and Decks, Flagstone, Armour Stone, Steps, 12V Lighting, Garden Sheds, and Alcuf Fencing is key. -Must be able to supervise a crew of 2-4 employees and get the project completed on budget, on time, and... to the client's satisfaction. Must be able to read and scale plans. -Familiarity with Permacon, Techno Bloc, Unilock, Natural Flagstone, Banas Stone is an asset. -Maintain clean job sites. Responsible for site safety and following COVID-19 policies. -Must be a team player. High quality work is always required. -Ability to operate equipment such as: Wacker Neusen Compact Wheel Loaders, Mini Ex's, Diesel Plate Compactors, Cut Saws, and Cat 908/918 Loaders. -Full Time -Salary Range Dependent on Experience: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour. Lindsay Landscape is currently seeking workers to come and join our team this upcoming Winter Season. As a team member responsible for shovelin snow, shovelers will be expected to work during each storm. They will be responsible for the safe and productive removal of snow and ice from residential and commercial jobsites, walkways, and traffic areas. In addition to shoveling, you will be responsible for salting and monitoring conditions on sites under the direction of your cr...ew leader. You must be flexible when it comes to scheduling, as work hours are dependant on weather forecast. MUST HAVE: Ability to get to and from work. (G License is an asset) Ability to perform manual labour and be physically fit. (Lift 45lbs) Availability throughout the snow season including overnight and weekend shifts. The ability to perform tasks as requested and follow direction of the crew leader. An awareness of safety practices. Propert winter gear including winter boots, jackets, hats, and gloves. This position pays $20-$22 hourly depending on driving status. ($20 without a license and $22 with a valid license.) There will be an opportunity for all winter workers to come aboard for summer employment on maintenance, gardening, or construction crews.
