In February inventory will increase over January however I expect those new listings will be absorbed very quickly as the number sales will also increase this month. Despite COVID, the number of properties sold in Ottawa this year is less than 1% than sold in 2019. In fact, year to date, there were 6 more residential properties sold this year than last.
