TAKE ACTION to urge Doug Ford to immediately put in place a residential eviction ban across Ontario and provide rent relief support to the thousands of tenants unable to pay their rent due to this pandemic.

For those that applied in good faith and made honest mistakes, CERB should be forgiven - especially for recipients with low income. Angelica's eviction hearing went on without her because she never received her Notice of Hearing as it was sent to the wrong address. Many legal clinics across Ontario are extremely concerned by the lack of access to justice for low-income tenants with the shift to digital operations at the LTB.
