I didn’t get a chance to snap a pic when this lil deck was completely dry BUT still you can see the flawlessness in this work! Deck was belt sanded, and power sanded. Then we applied 2 coats of this lovely grey porch enamel!

YAAAS. BIGGEST PROJECT OF THE YEAR. 6 balconies, 12 doors, 4 fire escapes and a bunch of lattice work and my team CRUSHED IT. This apartment building was looking a little worn out, the fire escapes hadn’t been done in 15 + years. I wish I had the before pictures!! Soon we’re going to paint the entrance way!! Something different today... a progress picture! We prepped and primed this wall and then applied ONE coat of Dulux Diamond with our Graco handheld sprayer!!! Stay tuned to see how beautifully consistent this looks after 2...
