Coming out of quara...ntine they brought us back together and provided culinary and moral support from isolation. Today, Quebec’s restaurants are once again shut down for 28 days. 28 days of uncertainty. 28 days of layoffs. 28 days of not paying landlords and suppliers. 28 days of havoc on their personal finances. I’m not going to criticize or even comment on the government measures, instead I’ll do 2 things that I have control over: 1. Im offering free consultations to anyone in the industry, from rent issues, to negotiations with suppliers to employment concerns for 28 days. 2.
