Posture check in your car! Posture tends to be pretty poor in most people when they’re driving. Pretend that someone just poured a cold glass of water down your back! Did you just straighten up? That’s how you should be driving.
Fit Tip of the Day: Exercise can be just another addiction and it is no exception to the fact that too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. Be sure to check with us to be sure you're getting the most from your workouts...but not going overboard. Rest days are for recovery, don’t skip it!
Fit Tip of the Day: Stress causes inflammation in our bodies. Try to include more anti-inflammatory foods in your diet like bananas, pineapples, carrots, and eating fish (or taking a good fish oil supplement) to reduce inflammation.
