This was my meditation this morning! Believing in and belonging to myself so I can show up in my most authentic self! Easier read then done! Showing up and putting ourselves out there can be scary, at least for me it is! Fear of ridicule, fear of rejection! All these things come up when you dare to put yourself out there! But It’s the only way to be and by doing so I will allow others to be their authentic selves! Does this resonate with you??
