Instead of waiting for someone or something to change in order to make you feel good, know that you have the power to change and raise your energetic frequency to feel good all on your own! It may look a bit dismal out with all of the rain and clouds but there are so many things you can do indoors to raise your vibration. Journal, dance, call a friend, think of all the things to be grateful for, smile, be creative, practice yoga, exercise, meditate, laugh, forgive someone or yourself, have a bath, listen to relaxing music, take a few deep breaths, or in Millie’s case, jump off the couch a few times.
