When your ewes choose the one time you're away from home to bust out of their electric fence and go on an adventure! Thank goodness for helpful strangers willing to pick up a phone! (Also very glad they never left our field!)

So excited for the Thanksgiving market at the Almonte Farmers Market tomorrow! So much to choose from; our freezers and coolers are overflowing with Maple Cranberry lamb sausages, ground lamb, leg of lamb, rack of lamb (full racks and half racks), lamb chops, lamb shanks, lamb kebab cubes and boneless lamb stewing cubes. We're also bringing some delicious beets and butternut squashes for your Thanksgiving side dishes, and more fleeces for the fibre crafters.

Packing up to head out for the Almonte Farmer's Market this morning! Mexican Chorizo and Merguez lamb sausages, along with pork chops, shoulder roasts, hocks and make your own lard kits. And don't forget our gorgeous Tunis fleeces for your crafting needs!
