We’re excited to offer an in person worship service option, beginning February 14th! We trust that this will be the first step towards gathering again as a full body. We will be offering a service this Sunday, at 10:30 AM. We will offer it in two locations: a live 50 person service in the main sanctuary, and a completely separate livestream of that service to a 43 person service in the gym. We are allowed to have the two locations because the Gym is a physically distinct b...uilding with a separate occupancy limit from the sanctuary. Nothing will be quite ideal in either service, but we ask for your patience as we gather to worship, fellowship and learn together. We intend to learn all we can this Sunday and possibly add more services in later weeks to ensure that more of the congregation will have an opportunity to worship together in the coming weeks. The YouTube service that we have been offering will be available at 9am again this Sunday. How do I participate? Both services will be ticketed through Eventbrite, and each individual attendee must be registered for a ticket to be able to attend that particular service. Eventbrite will create a list of everyone that registered that we will use to confirm admission, so you do not need to print an actual ticket. You can either sign up for an account with Eventbrite or get tickets as a guest. The link to book free tickets for you and your family can be found here:https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/feb-14-sunday-worship-service-t If you have a ticket for the gym service, please park behind the church and enter through those doors. The sanctuary service will enter through the main sanctuary doors. The link between the two areas will be closed. Masks will need to be worn at all times by all attendees 5 years old and older except when seated during the worship service. Please ensure that two meters of separation are kept between households while seated. We realize not all who wish to participate this week will be able to come and ask for patience as we add more capacity in later weeks. For future weeks we intend to set up a call-in option for those that need assistance booking tickets. Expect further communication regarding the February 21st service in the coming days. On behalf of Ministerial & Council Kenton D, Mark S

Health restrictions coming into effect on February 12th are expected to allow for the lesser of 10% or 50 people at our in person service. Council and Ministerial are planning towards offering in person services in addition to our online services, to make use of these new regulations. We are working through the logistics of this and hope to have a plan in place for the February 14th service. We anticipate that this will be a ticketed event that may make use of both the sanc...tuary and the gym, as physically separated services. More details will follow before the end of day Friday. We realize that more people may wish to participate than space will allow, which will likely require the addition of more services in future weeks, however capacity per service will be capped at the prescribed amount. The current format being offered on YouTube will continue to be offered for those who prefer to join in that way. We anticipate that the form of these services will evolve over the next few weeks. Please continue to pray for guidance for our Church as we work through these changes. Expect to see further communication via Facebook and the prayer chain email as soon as we know more in regards to this weekend.

A little extract from the Feb 7 study of 1 Peter 1:13-16. We should be: Hopeful because we know Jesus is coming again. Obedient in everything we know to be right. Living each day remembering God’s faithful care for us. Yielded to God’s Holy Spirit, rather than guided by sinful choices.
