Why do you move? Why is it important/ a priority to you? We each have our own motivations and reasons and we wanna hear what drives you. Andrea - Mine is to restore energy levels, feeding my competitive side (haha), thinking about longevity and quality of life into the next decades. And it’s just FUN!... Brittany- I move for a few different reason. First and foremost, for my health. To be strong and have enough energy to keep up to my crazy kiddos! They run a million miles an hour and I always want to be right there beside them. I also move because I LOVE pushing my body and seeing what it’s capable of. If it challenges me I’m so game! Movement is also therapeutic for me. Turning my headphones on and the world off it truly how I do self care. I feel the stresses of life fade away when I move my body. Whatever your reason, we thank you for including us in your journey . That is not something we take lightly or for granted. We appreciate you and your trust in us to move your bodies. #gymclassfam #movement #motivation

All the toys used for this one! Grab your long band, dumbbells, loop, step and gliders for a full body circuit. Set the timer for 20 minutes and complete each exercise as many times through as you can! 1. Squat to Shoulder Press (Tubing) - 15 reps... 2. Man-maker (Dumbbells)- 5 reps 3. Kickstand Deadlift to Extension (loop) - 10 reps each side 4. Kneeling Step-Up (bench or stairs)- 10 reps each side 5.
