We’re making it easy to whip up Our Thai’s Sesame Chicken with our Sesame Stir Fry Kit. INGREDIENTS 3 oz Our Thai Sauce 1 tsp Oboy Sauce... 1 tbsp Sesame Paste 4 oz chicken 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 garlic clove 1 oz carrot, julienned 1 oz onions, sliced 2 oz red and green peppers 3 oz eggplant, cut in big chunks Toasted sesame seeds (optional) INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat pan on medium hug heat 2. Add oil and lightly fry eggplants. Set aside 3. Add chicken and cook halfway through 4. Add garlic and all vegetables. Stir fry for 1 minute 5. Add Our Thai Cook@Home Our Thai sauce. Bring to a simmer. 6. Add Oboy sauce and sesame paste. Mix well. 7. Dinner for another minute. 8. Plate and garnish with toasted sesame seeds 9.
