There are rumours an announcement is looming about the future of the Trump Hotel, that it could become a Four Seasons. It's significant that neither party is denying the prospect. Due to controversy, the Trump Hotel actually delayed their official opening until after the US Presidential elections in 2016, and the property has been picketed on a number of occasions. The current location of the Four Seasons is being vacated in January 2020 due to refurbishment disagreements between the property owner and upscale brand, so this would address two problems at once.
