No filters, my face is actually that red after my zoom Tabata class this morning . I haven’t taught group classes since last March and I’ve missed it so much. I’m having so much fun with my Sweat Together Challenge Group, so I’ve decided in two weeks, when the challenge is over, I will be offering virtual morning cardio classes and evening strength and fusion classes. You don’t need fancy equipment or have to leave the comfort of your home to enjoy a good sweat. REGISTRATION COMING SOON.

Hello Everyone I’ve had many requests for an Outdoor Boot Camp. I’ve decided to potentially offer a morning class at the track twice a week (6 or 6:30 AM, Tuesdays/Thursdays). There would be strict physical distancing protocols implemented and enforced as well as no shared equipment. This means you would need to bring your own mat and optional equipment (resistance bands and/or weights). I’d charge $10 drop in a class. Who would be interested and what time would work best?
