Landscape Construction Labourer We are a boutique design/build landscape company that has a passion for creating something truly unique, visionary and beautiful with every property we encounter. We specialize in modern residential landscaping; installing pools and patios, cabanas and pergolas, and perennial gardens among many other features.... We are looking to hire career-minded Landscape Construction Crew Members to join our successful team. Work may include, but not be limited to: Hardscaping: paver and retaining wall install, grading/laying/cutting, ability to read architectural plans. Softscaping: plant layout and installation, grading and laying turf. Machine operation: quick cut saw, skid steer and mini-excavator These candidates should have a passion for landscaping, a positive attitude, and thrive in a team environment. An eye for detail is a must! Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of prior experience, with emphasis in landscape construction being a major asset Valid G license a minimum requirement Driving ton truck and trailer and above for minimum of 3 years an asset Assist foreman in landscaping construction activities, as directed Ability to read scaled landscape drawings an asset Operate equipment in a safe and professional manner Comply with all company policies and regulations Ability to work in all weather conditions Desire for career development and continual learning Establish relationships within a great team Basic knowledge of landscape construction best practices is an asset General construction construction experience will be considered an asset We offer competitive wages and compensation packages.
