Custom Slaughter price update. Effective for all animals slaughtered on and after August 1 2020. Beef UTM (under 30 months old) ... Slaughter $150 each Cut and Grind $0.90 per pound Cut and Wrap $1.00 per pound Cut and Vacuum $1.10 per pound Beef OTM (Over 30 months old) Slaughter $175each Cut and Grind $0.90 per pound Cut and Wrap $1.00 per pound Cut and Vacuum $1.10 per pound Pork Slaughter $50 each Cut and Grind $0.80 per pound Cut and Wrap $0.90 per pound Cut and Vacuum $1.00 per pound Lamb Slaughter $50 Cut and Grind $100 each Cut and Wrap $115 each Cut and Vacuum $130 each Price per pound is charged on rail weight taken after slaughter. Lambs are charged on a flat rate basis no matter how big or small.
