Outliers Mining Solutions is pleased to welcome Adam Kownatka to the OMS team. Adam is a maintenance professional who brings leadership experience and extensive expertise in asset management in Oil Sands operations in Northern Alberta. During his 20-year career, he has worked with mature and new facilities, assisted in establishing front-line and support teams, and facilitated system transitions.

Maintaining the availability and reliability of your mining fleet requires a long-term focus based on a solid foundation of preventative maintenance and reliability practices. Our Asset Management solutions provide that foundation and give our clients a roadmap to improve overall mine health and efficiency. We provide training and hands-on support to ensure these practices are embedded and sustainable.

Our Lean Six Sigma Business Improvement Training program has been created based on our experiences in running performance improvement programs at our client’s sites. It uses actual data from operating sites and helps trainees understanding the challenges of improving performance in a mining operation.
