Outlook Mobility will be open on Saturdays from 9-12 & 1-5 starting this Saturday May 9th. We are still restricting the number of people in-store at once in order to accommodate social distancing. If you are driving in from out of town we are still recommending calling us ahead of time at (306) 867-2273.

Outlook Mobility will be closed on Saturday but if you are needing a Cellphone, call us on Saturday at (306) 860-9596 between 9am-3pm and we can try to arrange a time to assist you.

Outlook Mobility is still open. We are regularly sanitizing surfaces in-store, and have adjusted our processes to accommodate social distancing. In order to avoid contact between customers and between our staff and customers, we are suggesting you call us first as we can resolve many issues over the phone. If it is something that we will require the phone in-store we can minimize the face to face interaction by getting the information we require ahead of time.... If you are looking for a product like a Charger or case, we can also take a credit card over the phone and have the product ready for pickup. If you are interested in delivery within Outlook, contact us as we will likely be able to provide a no-contact delivery. We have adjusted the hours we are open from 9-12, closed for lunch and 1-5:30 Monday-Friday. We are recommending a 2 customers in-store at one time rule, so if you come in and notice 2 other customers in-store, please wait outside or in your vehicle and wait for them to leave. Outlook Mobility is hoping to remain open during this COVID-19 outbreak. In order to do so, we will be adjusting our hours to Monday-Friday 9-12, 1-5:30. If you are driving in from out of town, we recommend contacting us via phone (306-867-2273) or email ([email protected]) ahead of time as we may be adjusting these hours as things develop. If you are sick, or have been outside the province in the past 14 days, please phone us instead of coming in-store and we will assist you over the phone. If you are looking to Top-up your balance on your prepaid phone, we can accept a payment over the phone with a Visa or Mastercard.
