HMC have some excellent advice for both mental health consumers and those who support them. This is a great example. Two ears, one mouth for a reason!

It is easy to "say" you support mental health recovery. This is a great example of times we need to keep our minds and hearts open to support others.

It has been a while since we posted a sneak peek of a piece of art from our upcoming auction. This one is worth the wait! The Outsider Insight Project has spent the past 8 years fighting stigma and prejudice faced by people experiencing mental illness and addiction. We understand that everyone is affected by mental health in some way, but at the current time our attention and our hearts are with our black friends and family who are hurting bad. We encourage everyone to stand up and speak out against racism in whatever way makes sense to you. Not just today, but every day! If you find a way to support healing share it with us. If you see a work of art based on racism which resonates with you, share it with us.
