We are SO thankful to have her on our team FULL TIME now! ... Our NEW hires are just the cherry on top. With Ryan Hegedus bringing experience in alternative baking, owning and running her own bakery previously and a niche for detail, she brings a unique touch and quality to our team! With Sheila Royer, we get passion with enthusiasm! Bringing years of bakery experience to the table working for a variety of bakeries in the area from chains to family run business! Her decorating skills are particularly what shes proud of most! - check these cookies below And then we have Tara Van Vliet, with little experience in a bakery setting Tara plays one of the most important roles in our bakery. From weighing precise recipes to ensuring our space is clean, ready to be used and that we have the tools we need. She carries many titles, and many burdens, and she does it all with a smile on her face! Shes super friendly, and extremely teachable - I imagine some day soon Tara will move positions and become a force within our baking sector. & then theres me (Brianne Caldwell) the owner and founder of Outside the Box Baking Co. I am responsible for all administrative roles. Head baker, main decorator and finalizer of all menus. With 6 years of cake decorating and baking and a certificate in Baking and Pastry Art obtained at Niagara College, I bring passion, determination and an extreme desire to succeed to the table. To be real though, without my team. NONE of what I do would be possible. I am but one person on a very grand scale.

Today, we found out that her mom was in a very bad accident, a life changing one with many obstacles ahead. They are looking for support during this troubling time to help get Jens life back on track to their new norm...al. For anyone who had the chance to meet either of these woman, you know that Sarah is much like her mom in the light they share with the world. Always laughing, smiling and bringing people joy. Today, my little lady turns 6!! We are unplugging and spending the day celebrating my Daughter Evas special day! When I was 17, my world was forever changed when I realized I was going to become a teen mom.. little did I know, that this little one right here would give me the exact motivation I needed to become who I am today. It was because of my desire to give her the best life I could offer that I began making cakes from my home just a few months after she was born. I wa...nted a way that I could support my daughter and still be able to be there for all the important moments in her childhood. Flash forward 6 years, and look at us now! Our bakery is the sole income for our entire family, Im able to work my schedule around my families needs and be there for every moment! Not only did my daughter make me a mom, but she also was the fire that sparked my passion for baking. Shes my light in a dark place, and the future of Caldwell Baking! Happiest of Birthdays Eva!
