Rocket Comet has an updated 4R70W transmission from a 2001 F150. Rebuilt of course, with shift kit and stand alone electronic transmission controller. The 4R70W is much larger than the stock transmission so we hand made a new trans tunnel to accommodate.

Our next client project is the restoration of this originally owned, 1974 Duster. It's a 4 speed, 360 car, making it one of less than 700 made in 74.

We are excited to announce the expansion of our business into a new facility located in the Barriere industrial park. We are moving into the brand new building this April. We have also added a few additional pieces of equipment including our very own Devilbis paint booth. Additional services will also be added, including, plasma cutting, sand blasting, custom sheet metal fabrication, used auto parts sales, etc...... Once we are settled in we will announce our opening date in the new facility... Stay tuned!

Got a chance to start the install of the fuel system on the Hemi Bumpside build. 1970 mustang fuel tank with a custom Aeromotive return less fuel system. My brother was kind enough to start on the stand alone wiring system this last Saturday, we had a great day turning wrenches together. Should be a pretty gnarly shop truck!

Update on the Rocket Comet! Car is striped down and off at blast. New Independent Front Suspension & 4 link have arrived. Engine in @ Valley Speed Machine Shop, super charger on it's way back from Vortech, the new 8.8 has been shortened and is in @ TNT transmissions for new gears n clutches. The car is moving along nicely and our client is a great guy to deal with which makes it all worth while.

Looks like we are going with a super charged small block Ford for Garths 63 rag top Comet. Mounted to a fully independent front suspension and going 4 link in the rear. Absolutely digging this build, can't wait to get started.
