I did however spend many years of practice dealing with this kind of response. . Passive modalities like massaging/soft tissue release etc has a strong place in your recovery, but movement is high priority. . A lot of us don’t post videos of exercises to fix your (body part) on social media because movements required are patient specific. . As health professionals in the domain of muskuloskeletal health, pain (back, neck, shoulders hips etc...) is the most common reason patients come see us. We must address their primary concern of pain but it would be counterproductive to focus solely on the painful region. The solution is sometimes next to it but isnt screaming out because the area is not painful! Tag someone who needs help dealing with their joint or muscle pain!

Regulated health care providers received a notice from their board and the Ministry of health that in-person treatment for non-emergencies is officially able to be resumed in a safe, progressive manner. As such, I am now able to see old, new, and returning patients! Starting Monday, June 1st I am reopening my schedule to everyone in need, with a strict mew set of rules and guidelines that MUST be followed, as per the college of chiropractors of Ontario and Ministry of Healt...h. An email will be sent out to all existing patients and we will have signage at @highoctanetrainingmississauga to remind everyone of our commitment to safety and everyones part in it. To all our valued patients, As everyone knows by now, the situation surrounding the novel coronavirus in Canada and Ontario is changing quickly. As such we have to be proactive together to mitigate any potential spread to our communities. 1. We advise that anyone who is NOT in severe pain, or DOES NOT have an injury that would get worse without further care, please avoid attending the clinic and reschedule/suspend any appointments with Dr. Oliver for the near future. We will ...remain in touch and encourage everyone to still keep communication open should you need any advice or help regarding your current situation. 2. Should you feel that you need the care/pain relief , please take extra precautions by washing your hands before any appointments. The hours for chiropractic will be modified as follows as of tomorrow, Tuesday March 17th, 2020: Mondays: 3pm - 8pm Tuesdays: 9am-Noon, 3pm-8pm Wednesdays: No treatments Thursdays: 12 Noon to 7pm Fridays: 9am -12 noon Saturday: 9am -12 noon Regular hours will resume when announced that things have gone back to normal, hopefully very soon.

Unfortunately, we are taught at an early age that flexibility is a fundamental component of health. Patients often want to know, Are there any stretches I should do for this? .
