August 3- QUEBEC has permitted social gatherings up to 250 people, so long as the Covid 19 rules and regulations are respected. What will you do? Go ahead with restrictions and plan around or wait until who knows when? Personally a celebration can be had and enjoyed in many different ways. We have so many amazing local artists who are in dire need of work, amazing entertainers willing to think outside the box, and wonderful venues and caterers who are all struggling to make e...nds meat 2020.
