COVID-19 Clinic and Patient Policy To Our Patients, During these unprecedented times we wanted to inform you that we are taking all necessary precautions to keep you, our staff and other members of our community as safe as possible. To facilitate this we are taking extraordinary precautions as outlined below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this difficult time.... 1. The clinic will remain open as long as feasible. Unless we have no other choice, our goal is to continue to provide optometric care to our community. 2. We ask that if you are showing any signs of illness, or have had direct contact with someone who is ill, please cancel your appointment. We will be conducting additional screening at the reception desk and will be more stringent about not seeing patients that are showing signs of illness. There will be no fee for cancelled appointments and we will do everything in our power to be flexible about rescheduling missed appointments. 3. While we always strive to maintain a clean and safe office environment, we have dramatically increased our efforts to disinfect all surfaces and contact points in the office on a regular basis and have abundant hand sanitizing stations and hand-washing stations.
