Memo for all Oxford House Elementary School and 1972 Memorial High School Staff. Attention all staff: Re: School Re-opening Preparation and Readiness... Please ensure that you are all taking the necessary precautions (mask-wearing, physical distancing, hand sanitization, etc.) to keep yourselves healthy for the tentative blended learning date of Monday, March 22, 2021. Currently, due to the most recent cluster of COVID-19 cases in the community, school access has been restricted and therefore necessary preparations have been interrupted. In the meantime, all teachers and staff are to continue to work from home and ensure that lessons and learning materials are planned and ready to be set-up as soon as school access is permitted. Additionally, all staff must be in the community for scheduled workdays during the temporary school closure and ready to report to work as instructed. On the first day back to the workplace, it is crucial that all staff are present to complete school and classroom preparations and to review school operations and COVID-19 guidelines for public health. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact administration. Thank you in advance for your continued commitment and efforts. Respectfully, Administration: Mr. Wilfred Wood, Principal, OHES Mr. Russell Sinclair, Principal, 72’ MHS Mrs. Wanda Munroe, VP, 72’ MHS
