The crazy heat we had recently prompted us to think of a good way to cool down while still maintaining our physical distancing protocol . So we thought ... where could people go where no one would feel cramped and keep their distance. ? We’d need a huge building. And then how about a cold treat afterwards ? . So in conjunction with the Western Development Museum and the wonderful staff at Burger Cabin in beautiful Wakamow Valley , we extended an invitation to all 52 suites to enjoy a free day out . One of the things we’re most proud of are the people that surround us. Recently we had a contest in one of our seniors building . Sharing Hearts has been a wonderful community project to show our doctors, Nurses, EMT’s , Social Workers , truck drivers and all those that get up and go to work everyday despite the Covid19 situation . The winner of the Sharing Hearts Contest would win a pizza dinner and drinks . As you can see everyone participated with a beautiful show of support . This House at 246 Oxford St. West was home to the first judge of the NWT. Honourable Judge Quesley in 1908. Home features a curved billiard room in the basement now a beautiful suite and music studio. Not sure any home built today could maintain the charm and beauty like these gorgeous old homes. We are the custodians of history. OMI

OMI was given the task to restore/rebuild the interior of the Merchant Bank on the corner of Main St. and Fairford Ave. After removing 3 suspended ceilings , the damage became more apparent . Previous trades people over the years had damaged the plaster walls, ceiling and cove so bad, that it had to be rebuilt. Six months later a beautiful historic building emerged from the rubble and is now lovingly cared for by it's current owners. ...we are the custodians of history. Oxford Manor Investments
