The CP Holiday Train will stop in the Friendly City on the early evening of Monday December 1st at 199 Winnett Street (near Ingersoll Ave) the Holiday Train is ...expected to arrive at 6:35pm ... at 6:50 Canadian Country recording star Kira Isabella will be performing. The Holiday Train makes stops in communities offering free concerts and seasonal activities from a boxcar they've turned into a travelling stage. The concerts are free, but you are encouraged to make a donation to the local food bank - either a non-perishable food item or cash donation. All contributions will stay within our community! The Remembrance Day service will be held that the cenotaph (corner of Buller and Graham St. - Victoria Park) as scheduled. Please be aware that the City of Wood...stock Works and Parks Departments will be blocking off intersections around the park starting at 9am. The service will begin at 10:30am with the laying of wreaths. The Harvard's will fly by at 11am (weather permitting). At this point it appears as if the weather will cooperate, but please dress appropriately. See more

CHRISTMAS PARADE: Bus service will end early on Saturday, November 15, 2014 The Santa Claus Parade begins on Dundas Street at 6:00 p.m., therefore, the last bus...es will leave the terminal hour early at 5:30 p.m. to complete their last trips for the evening. Also, be advised that the buses will not be able to return to the terminal at 6 p.m., but will attempt to bring passengers as close as possible to downtown.
