So unbelievably proud of the progress @yogi.stan has made in less then a year after signing up w/ @oxygenyogasunset. From student to instructor to part time assistant manager of the studio he’s been such a helpful, joyful and energetic addition to the team. Big shoutout to the ladies at @nakedtruthyoga for training him up and our own wonderful staff here at the studio in motivating Stan to complete his YTT! While it’s sad to hear you will be leaving Vancouver for the next little bit, we are beyond excited and supportive of your growth and know you will be back at home soon - home being Vancouver and of course @oxygenyogasunset! All the best Stan, you are definitely the man!

YOUR HEALTH IS OUR TOP PRIORITY! A quick behind the scenes time lapse video of our cleaning response to COVID-19. Previously we used to have a 15 minute cleaning break in between classes but we’ve extended the time in between classes to 30 minutes now. We’ve done this to ensure the studio gets a thorough cleaning & disinfection before our next group of members comes through our studio doors. In that 30 minutes we pick up all used paper towels from the previous class an...d then go on to spray the entire studio and used equipment with our Health Canada certified disinfectant via backpack sprayer. We allow the disinfectant to dry via the heat from the studio, spot mopping places where extra attention is required.
