Ok, so FIT FOR LIFE might be closed and a different facility starting up under new ownership, BUT, I want to still run my group exercise classes....soooo... I am going to run a Tuesday/Thursday group class out of the FCSS centre. Classes will tentatively start October 27 to coincide with my kids' hockey practices. Anyone interested please RSVP, as I will have to limit class size. It will be $10/class pp. Each person will be required to bring their own hand weights/gym matt.../towel/water bottle if possible. I will provide a few matts and weights if necessary. Every single exercise in every class is completely adjustable to each person's fitness level and ability regardless of age or limitations...the group has FUN and gets a healthy sweat on . Ok folks, please pass the message along...this FRIDAY we will be at the gym all day from at least 10 am to 4 pm... PLEASE COME COLLECT ANY PERSONAL ITEMS YOU MAY HAVE LEFT THERE YET!!! This is everyone's absolute last chance before their belongings go to someone who actually wants them...no recourse on Fit for Life, theres been plenty of notice given this far.... There must be 50 pairs of awesome runners, some water bottles, wireless headphones, clothes, etc. We've been trying our best to be accommodating to pickups....but it needs to go! Just contact us!! A few things still left for sale for anyone interested...these are also selling on kijiji and various buy and sell sites, so we apologize if u happen to message about something that may have already sold... We have yards of this vinyl material...thought we'd use it to cover ugly steel walls but ended up just washing the steel walls....would make hundreds of picnic tablecloths lol or find another use?
