What's in a word? Many people are curious about what is "plant-based eating". Simply put, it's focusing on foods that are not animal based. You don't have to be exclusive unless that's what you want. You don't have to buy new gadgets to cook your food. You don't have to follow a strict food plan. You really are just eating basic food items that are usually unprocessed and as close to the state they are grown in as possible.... The majority of plant-based eaters focus on all the foods we CAN EAT instead of what we "can't". There is no "can't" in the world I live in. You can be plant-based one meal a week, one day a week, one week a month or everyday of your life. There are no hard rules that will get you kicked out of the club. Whether you choose to be plant-based one meal a week because you are not sure how to do it, or if it's right for you. Or you have it dialed in and know exactly what you are doing and a seasoned pro. Every plant-based meal you enjoy is creating improvement. Improved health. Improved carbon footprint. Improved budget (its less expensive than a conventional diet). Improved animal ethics.
