Covid-19 Update As we all deal with this trying time, Pacific Coast Cremation understands that our families of Greater Victoria still need assistance when a death occurs. We want to assure our families that we are still available 24 hours a day. Our regulating body, Consumer Protection BC has recommended that we use phone, email or video as alternatives to a physical meeting, and e-signature applications, such as DocuSign, to sign paperwork. Although I will continue to be in the office Monday through Friday to answer questions by phone, we are recommending that all arrangements can be made online.

We are closely monitoring the Federal and Provincial health authorities, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and World Health Organization’s statements regarding the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments. Please be advised that Pacific Coast Cremation has relocated. Our present location is being reconstructed to accommodate a 90 child day care and our landlord has found us an office 1 block away.
