Just going through the thousands of pictures on my phone I hope it rains all night and washes the salt brine awsy so we can hit the rods in a sunny day

Sold sold sold.... I just got an offer I couldn’t refuse.. thanks for looking I need some help identifying this Chevrolet 3 x 2 Rochester 2 Jet on an Offanhaus...er intake. It is an old manifold as it has the old style oil filler pipe... I have been tasked with selling this unit and I think it would great on an open engine Hotrod, but that’s just my opinion... See more
Line number two shows exhaust cut-outs in BC are illegal... it’s too bad as they seem to be a regular installation on muscle cars in the USA.....
Nice grouping in the first picture... the variety of manufacturers was Kool, I especially like the long Cadillac. It was a survivor having only two owners it’s entire life... the second picture was the blue oval part of the parking lot..
Just for a quick laugh, we need to get together and encourage these people to change the name of their potpourri...
A few cars went for a drive tonight... up to the Fort and along the mighty Fraser. Temperature was nice for a ninety minute tour.. as these old gals need to turn a wheel every now & then...

Lost another old friend yesterday to cancer. Gary Lang was a hot rodder from the 60s. He designed and built his cars from concept to finish. He could do it all ...from chassis to bodywork. He was a legend in the Vancouver area and beyond. A patternmaker by trade he started a business called Lang Engineering producing hot rod pieces that were identifiable by their Maple Leaf logo. He was also a founding member of the Pacific International Street Rod Assn. in 1971. That is where we met as I was a member back then too. Gary teamed up with Cam Grant and formed Pasteck and recreated the famous Duval V-windshield that has become so popular. After Pasteck Gary formed another company with 2 friends producing many specialitems for the car and boat industry. The best part of all of this is that Gary built award winning cars and products he was a down to earth easy going guy that I was proud to call my friend. He will be missed. See more
