Happy Friday ! Here is a Navien NFB-399,000C high efficiency boiler we installed for one of our latest projects! This boiler is 97.5% efficient with a 15:1 turn...down ratio. We have designed this boiler with two external heat exchangers to take care of the outdoor pool, hot tub, and one 30 gal indirect storage tank. This will also supply hot water to an outdoor shower and kitchen/living space. More photos to come! See more

We had the opportunity to take care of all the plumbing, heating, and gas work for another stunning home this past week! We just passed our final inspection for... the work myself and team completed. Here is a mechanical room we finished for our clients. We installed a Navien NHB-110,000 BTU high efficiency boiler which is installed and designed to run a two... temp system. This natural gas boiler is heating the indirect storage tank for the domestic hot water, and the in-floor heating throughout the entire home. We also installed an Aquasana Rhino whole house water filtration system that is equipped with four different filters. Photos of this home will be coming soon! See more

This home in Vancouver was lifted off the ground four months ago and is now getting completely overhauled. She is going to be beautiful folks more pics to come.

Here are photos of a product from Uponor called fast track that was installed in our clients home to allow us to run in floor heating on a finish basement slab. Cannot say enough good things about this product, super friendly to install with minimum build up to finish floor.

Just passed final plumbing,heating and gas rough in at this beautiful property we are working at in Steveston in Richmond. The finishes are going to be some of the nicest we seen. Stay tune folks for the final product to come.
