When you call MPI to report your claim, the call center will inform you if your claim is Direct Repair eligible. Recently autopac is pushing people to go to a direct repair instead of going to one of the claim centers around the city. We are not a Direct repair facility because someone decided that you need to do an average of 5 claims per week to qualify, and we do 4.17. We are a smaller shop who helps out customers and are more concerned about quality of work instead of quantity. If you still need to get a claim on your vehicle and want us to do the work, cause you come to the best place in town ;), you can tell the person on the phone that you want to go to a claim center and then you can bring us the claim to fix !!!! YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO A DIRECT REPAIR, no matter how much they push it on you. Thanks for your business and look forward to getting your vehicle back looking like new!
