Sharing our COVID 19 protocol now that we're back to our "new" normal: 1.We will ask screening questions while booking your appointment and will ask the same upon your arrival in our office. 2.Appointments will be spaced out to allow for physical distancing between patients, however in some circumstances you may be asked to wait outside our office or in your car. We will then call you when you can enter the office. 3.We have hand sanitizer, gloves, & mask that we will ask y...ou to use when you enter the clinic. We will also need to take your temperature with a non-contact infrared thermometer. 4.We have installed a plexi glass over our reception counter, and we will be wearing protective gear. 5.For the past few years, our offices has been equipped with air cleaner (surgically clean air) that offers 6 stages of filtration and sterilization process, thereby reducing the spread of airborne contaminant and enhancing the safety of our patients and staff. 6.We have cleared out our waiting room with magazines as these are difficult to disinfect. Also, we have decreased our waiting room chairs and had been placed apart. We look forward to being of service to you again.
