Very proud to have this delivered to the clinic the other day. To say my first year as an RMT has been interesting would be an understatement. Do I love massaging people in a mask? No but do I still love helping people and working with people to make improvements? Ansolutely!

Well things are definitely different after having my first day back under my belt! Heading into the second day now! Here is just a reminder of the new protocols being put in place!

Well well well! As some of you may have already heard, RMTs are allowed to gradually start practicing again according the College of Massage Therapy in Ontario. Although this is a good thing, there is a still a lot of work that is going to need to happen behind the public eyes before I am able to start taking emergency clients only. I will be doing my best to ensure that I will be practicing in a manner and style that will minimize the spread of any sort of virus/bacteria. ... What this means for you! - things might look a little different when you’re getting a treatment - things will be very efficient meaning you will be in and out and minimal contact/social Although I’m excited to be able to go back, there is a long road before I’m able to gradually start back with emergency clients. Thank you all for your patience during this time! It is greatly appreciated.

Well it’s been a while! Hope everyone is doing alright with all this still going on! I just wanted to check in and ask, what keeps you going during this? What are you doing to keep sane? ... Comment to give me and some others a few ideas! Stay cool, hydrated and keep doing that home care!
