First exterior repaint of 2021 completed, spring sprung a little later this year as old man winter held his grips tight through March resulting in more snow pack around homes in April but we got it completed in time for the keys to be handed over to the new owner of this great Nordic property in Whistler British Columbia.

Massive four box, 12 panel Fir door, sanded condition and three coats of lacquer at a 15 sheen then buffed with 600 grit. Beauty mate!!!

Super happy with the final product of these steel stair stringers, Sanded and vacuumed with my festool corner sander, sprayed with my Grayco Handheld ultimate Max and three coats of Sherwin-Williams ASE custom colour match.

Just finishing up this project, we sprayed clear lacquer on all the white oak beams on site in place as well as all the doors and vanity fronts minus the kitchen cabinets, the window returns and stair MDF ledgers where sprayed with 15 DRE White Lacquer with my new handheld Grayco fine finishing HVLP cordless gun. More pictures to come after cleanup has been completed. Super long weekend!!!!

Tired of your textured popcorn style ceilings in your Whistler home? Pallapa Painting has made a significant investment in acquiring a new virtually dust free extraction system to remove all styles of textured ceilings. Coming from Germany this state of the art sanding and vacuum combination sands your ceilings smooth where than just a light skim coat of drywall mud is applied its then sanded and we finish by spraying a primer doing a light pole sand and then final application by sprayer of two coats of Sherwin-Williams Pro-Mar 400 ceiling paint creating a level four or higher finish.

Really Nice White on White suite in the Woodrun Hotel and Condos. Colours are "Chantilly lace" for all ceilings, custom mill work, cabinetry baseboards and casings, while the doors and walls are applied with "Oxford White". All surfaces were sprayed and a traditional cut and roll where utilized when spraying was not a option. I went with all Sherwin Williams Products on this job the Duration matte for walls, Pro-Classic Semigloss for doors and case/base, Pro-Mar 400 for ceiling, and Sherwood Lacquer for mill work. #cayooshconstruction, #pallapapainting Another amazing project completed with Cayoosh Construction.

This project turned out great and allowed me to use some of the best bar setting products available anywhere!! The old T&G ceilings were caulked with the Sherwin Williams Power Flex 60 year acrylic caulking these photos being my one year inspection which I try to do to all clients to maintain a great relationship both with builders and homeowners the caulking had shown no signs of stress or cracking. All base and case, doors, stair stringers and other custom mill work were sprayed with Sherwin Williams Pro-Classic Satin sheen and the walls were applied with two coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald Matte Interior Latex unbeatable durability and washable product. Homeowners needless to say are thrilled with the projects finished look!!! Thanks to Peak Ventures for providing the great canvas!!!

AAAhhh the inevitable weekly 3 panel shaker door spray outs. I use Sherwin Williams Pro-Classic Satin or Semi Gloss and come out with amazing results every time no drips and no flashing.

All stain grade wood refinished stained and protected. Homeowner is now on a maintenance schedule where he is notified by Pallapa Painting when different sections of the home need a maintenance coat.
