I've had alot of inquiries for art classes for the younger kids 6-8. So here you go!! This will be a combination of drawing, painting, pencil crayons or pastels. We will make it a fun, slower paced class where there is no pressure to finish a project right away. Classes will start the beginning of June and will be every Wednesday 4:30-5:30. Please pm me if interested and I can give you info on payment. Looking forward to teaching the little ones!

Ok here we go!! My fashion design drawing course to learn the foundation of fashion design is a go! You will be starting with learning to draw a basic fashion figure by understanding body proportions, defining your character poses, placing on clothes, and exploring and finding your style! We will take a step by step drawing journey to learn all these things and then some! These classes are recommended for 10 years up. Anyone interested in learning advance techniques in portrait drawing? Focusing on the small details that create more of the realistic look. Proportions of the face, learning about highlights, lowlights, cast shadows, reflected lights etc. Using these techniques as well as blending techniques to learn step by step how to draw eyes, lashes, pupils, ears, nose, hair, lips etc. By the end of the 6 lessons you will be able to map these together to create a portrait. I'm just throwing out a feeler to see what the interest would be in learning this. Thanks everyone!!

Everyone has a story for 2020, and it was a difficult year for many. We had to learn to adapt the best we could with the constantly changing world around us and keep moving forward. I truly thank everyone who's been here supporting me while I try to keep business going this year. Many have supported me through my virtuals, lessons, paint kits and purchasing my artwork. I know there are many that have not been as lucky. And as we head closer towards the holidays I beleive that we are headed towards some even tougher times. So to give back and try to do my part, I'm going to be adding my final touches to all of these paintings (yes I found more!) to perfe...ct them and giving them away in exchange for canned goods. I hear the food banks are having shortages this year which I'm not surprised about. So before the holidays I thought it would be nice on behalf of all of us to be able to do that. We may now need to rename my business to Paint it Priti, anddddd Paul. I need to thank my bf that got me through the last couple of weeks. I've had to learn and adjust into this new virtual world and I couldn't have done it without him. I'm a teacher and artist, not a web designer or technical person. He basically took over as tech support and all those lovely links you received and buttons set up on my website were all done by him. Everything from camera setup, to the heavy lifting....done by him. There is no way to extend my gratitude for his help except but let everyone know how he went over and beyond to make sure everyone that was painting with me was taken care of. Muah to him.

Here we are with a new painting to add to my winter collection! I've made it easy enough to do virtually as that seems to be the path we are headed towards. And I want to make the experience light and fun!! Just as if I were right there with you in person. Depending on the feedback for this one, lookout for a event post in the near future for this one.

I cant express how happy I am to be able to get back out there painting like I used to! To look forwards to being back to work just shows how much I truly love what I do. Its party time!!

As some areas are just getting settled into stage 3 and some soon approaching, this is your friendly reminder that I am open for in person paint parties just like we did in the good old days! Here we are with my newest abstract painting! This peice is a 20x20 gallery wrapped canvas. It also has 3 coats of professional gloss varnish with UV protection. Im selling this one for $275. This peice is different in that it has metallics mixed with some non-metalics. The cell formation in this one is quite amazing. Msg me if interested

Registration is open for my virtual art classes for August. They will be held every Wednesday from 11:00am-12:00pm. All ages 6+ are welcome. Msg me if interested!!

This is close to home and so heartbreaking. During these challenging times Ive been grateful to those that have been thoughtful enough to support me and my business. And many are right here in Stoney Creek. Lets help these families in need that have lost everything .

There are still wonderful ways to celebrate special occasions with your friends and family. For any occasion....especially Birthdays! This lovely lady has been painting with me on my kids lives, private zoom instruction, my art classes as well as a Virtual Birthday party! Her dedication to painting has been amazing and I can see her skills growing everytime she paints with me! I love seeing that! Wishing her a very Happy Birthday!

We are baby steps into getting back to the norm. Hopefully that is sooner than later but I am so pleased that I was able to do a small social distanced kids birthday party this weekend. Its a step.....and I hope the next steps will continue to go forward. So wonderful that this little lady was able to celebrate with her friends.

Would anyone be interested in my used 16x20 canvas for any art projects? And at the same time help me clean my disaster! Maybe for the kids to mess around and get some experience using canvas or even for yourselves. I know canvas can be expensive and lately hard to find. People always ask what I do with the ones Ive instructed with. If I get time to fix them to my standards they would get donated to places such as nursing homes etc. I have a tonnnn that I will never get time to finish so I figure why not let someone else enjoy using them. Either 2 coats of white paint or gesso to cover the existing painting and you are good to go! Let me know if anyone would like some..... heres a little taste of what I have! So there are plenty to go around. Lol

What a super fun night! This little cutie wanted to surprise his mom for her Birthday with a virtual Birthday party with all her loved ones while painting something she loves. The surprise was perfectly executed by dad and the result was an amazing night for all. I love seeing the happiness and joy in these family events. Everyone logged in from total opposite ends of Ontario....and Saskatchewan to enjoy the nights event. What a great night and a great surprise! Happy Birthday!!

Just a heads up that I will be taking a break this week from my usual Tuesday afternoon painting event. I ended up not setting one up and didnt realize how many people look forward to them every week! Ive been holding them for a couple of months now and it looks like you guys are truly enjoying them, so I will be sure to set one up for next Tuesday!
