Just a reminder to all realtors, buyers and sellers. Due to the Covid situation, buyers are now coming back into the market. However we are heading into the sum...mer vacation season and all the lenders have their staff working from home. Some lenders can process files quicker because of their efficiency. Putting 10 days condition for financing on Offer to Purchases would have been good during April or May , but moving for forward you should have at least 14 days. This would also allow the buyers enough time to find the best mortgage. See more
