If you have already watched the new documentary on Netflix called What the Health, I'm sorry you will not get that hour and a half of your life back. For those of you who have yet to watch it, I will just say that I couldn't believe what I heard from start to finish. The validity of this documentary has been called into question by many, and rightly so. Here's a review of the movie using scientific fact. The tone of the article is a little aggressive but the message is there.

If you're looking for something to watch this long weekend, I just finished watching the documentary #thatsugarfilm on #netflix and highly recommend it. Great synopsis on what a diet full of hidden sugars is doing to the general population. Very eye opening. #fatisyourfriend
