My go-to afternoon snack these days! Coconut yogurt, berries, a whooooole tbsp. of peanut butter and some low-sugar #farmboy granola I love it when people tell me, is that what you have for an afternoon snack? That’s a LOT of food! And yes, I typically eat a nice fatty, protein-rich snack around 4-5pm. Helps me stay sharp & energized throughout my evening work and full until dinner time, which for me that’s around 7:30-8pm... Some of you’ve been asking about the dance workouts I do weekly so here’s a quick (and rather un-coordinated) snapshot of 1 of them This is @pamelareifworkouts, 80’s version dance workout (you can find the whole thing on youtube) now, I love this 15 minute workout because is low impact but I gotta warn you, if you haven’t done a squat in a while this might be intense! so go easy other than that, gets your whole body working ... I typically do them 3xweek and alternate this one with her15 minute Happy dance workout (also on youtube) THAT one is a bit more fast paced and she also gets you doing a hundred squats!
