Dr. Paul Connett from the Fluoride Action Network (www.fluoridealert.org), has compiled the following quotes from professionals who are opposed to fluoridation. He's been working diligently on this issue for many years now and has been making some headway ... but because the misinformation affiliated with artificial water fluoridation is so sophisticated, it's been difficult to convince authorities to stop this reckless practice. If your municipal water supply is still being ...Continue reading
This is a significant study, everyone! Be sure to share this study with your local council. Surely our city councillors would agree that saving our brains is much more important than saving 1/2 tooth in one lifetime! https://www.ctvnews.ca//higher-fluoride-levels-during-preg
City councillors have a tough time believing that our public health officials could ever misinform or twist data where the subject of artificial water fluoridation (AWF) is concerned. This rebuttal to London's chief medical officer, Chris Mackie, illustrates how our public health officials pull data from thin air to try and justify adding a very toxic chemcial, hydrofluorosilicic acid (HFSA) to our water supply. If you live in London, ON, make sure that your city councillor has read this rebuttal. http://www.fluoridefreepeel.ca/rebuttal-to-london-medical-/

If you're in a community where the water is artificially fluoridated, and you have some stubborn city politicians who still believe that fluoridation is "safe and effective," here's a website we have developed in my city that may be a useful tool to help your local politicians see the error of their ways. www.decisionduediligence.com
If you think your non-stick pans are safe, then please think again. To find out about the dark side of teflon, be sure to watch the following documentary, The Devil We Know. https://thedevilweknow.com/
"A terrifying new documentary carries a stark warning that a nightmare has been lurking in the medical industry for decades and it might be in your body." The Guardian I highly recommend! You can find it on Netflix. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8106576/
Last week, the Toronto Star published an article saying that there was no difference between organic and conventional milk ... which couldn't be further from the truth. Thankfully, the Organic Council of Ontario published the following rebuttal -- http://www.organiccouncil.ca//ocos-response-to-toronto-sta
"Now that the Supreme Court has ruled fluoridation is medical treatment without consent, and with the mounting evidence that it is ineffective and carries significant health risks, it is time for politicians and the health sector to rethink the practice. Its days are clearly numbered following this judgment." http://www.scoop.co.nz//fluoridation-is-mass-medication-nz

While the timeline might be up for debate, humans have been cooking food for probably around 500,000 years. When we cook our meat, not only does this stimulate our appetite due to the aroma of the food, it helps soften the protein ... thereby making the meat more digestible. Where eggs are concerned, I do make smoothies with (pasture raised) raw eggs. But I also enjoy fried eggs (over easy), quiche, omelette, etc. So, if you hear puritanical raw foodists say that we should eat meat, eggs, chicken, etc. raw, be sure to ignore their advice. After all, when man invented fire and we began cooking our meat, that's when our brains grew and developed.
With the limited amount of tools in their toolkit, sadly, medical doctors are not faring well health-wise. :( https://www.medscape.com//2018-lifestyle-burnout-depressio
The Ontario government is bragging about giving out almost 1 million prescriptions to our youth since January 1, 2018. They think this is a good thing. OMG! This just reinforces how sick our next generation really is! They're the third generation on a diet low in animal fat. Since the low fat craze began a few decades ago, we've been getting sicker and sicker, generation after generation. The government needs to wake up and learn that prescription drugs can't duct tape this health crisis! http://www.cbc.ca//windsor/ont-free-prescriptions-1.4509972
