Hi everyone! Some great news...We are re-opening tomorrow!! Anyone who missed their appointment due to the closure, we will be in touch to reschedule you. We have most contacted but if for some reason you did not receive a rescheduled appointment, please reach out to us. All other appointments scheduled from tomorrow on will go ahead as booked! For everyone who was booked in over the next couple of weeks once it is safe to do so, we will be in touch to reschedule appointments. ... Hi everyone, With the recent announcements of the rising cases of COVID-19, the shop is still able to remain OPEN but with certain guidelines and regulations. Please take the time to carefully read this post and remember these important points for your next appointment. Regarding drop off and pick up: ... We are doing our best to play our part in the contactless drop off and pick ups. DROP OFFS: * When you book your appointment (over the phone or Facebook messenger) you specify what you want done for that days grooming. * We ask that you do your best to arrive on time for your appointment and if for some reason you cannot make your appointment time, please give us a heads up to let us know. * When you arrive for your appointment time, you can send a quick message or give us a quick call letting us know you are there and we will give you the go ahead to drop off your pup. * When you enter the stairwell you will see a hook with a leash already attached, we ask that when you drop your dog off you unhook your personal leash and attach them to the leash provided. We will then retrieve your dog once you have exited the stairwell and begin their appointment. * Everything will be sanitized in between clients as usual. PICK UPS: * Once your dog is ready to be picked up, we will contact you. * When you arrive, let us know and we will place your dog on our leash and you will then be able to enter the stairwell and attach them back to your personal leash to bring them home. METHODS OF PAYMENT: * For the time being we will accepting eTransfers ONLY. Of course to help with keeping everything contactless. Email will be provided upon booking. It’s a lot to take in, so if anyone has any questions at all please don’t hesitate to reach out. We all need to do our part in getting this back under control.
