Hi Everyone! We are so happy to be back! Thank you for your patience during this time. Although grooming services are now open, operations are not back business as usual. At this time clients should not come into the grooming salon.... Our goal is to prevent Covid-19 from potentially infecting our staff and our clients... the last thing we want is to be shut down again. You will notice signs posted on our doors as seen in the pictures on this post. When you come to drop off or pick up your pet from grooming please respect the 6' social distancing rule. We will be watching for your arrivals. Contact-less Protocol: Please put your pet into our foyer for drop offs. We will take them from there for their spa appointment and return them to you from there. When you come back we can take payment via credit card over the phone, or our wireless moneris terminal can be placed on the white table for tapping with debit. Please be patient with us. I spent 8 hours today rebooking all the appointments from the last 6 weeks that had to be cancelled due to the lockdown. These appointments have priority and will be booked in first if they still need their appointments. I had over 200 texts and 100 voicemail messages to return and more were coming in as fast as I could answer them. Will be at it again over the rest of this weekend. Please if you don't hear from us by the end of business on Tuesday check in. I'm sure some will fall through the cracks with the volume of messages I'm answering. Please keep in mind, if you didn't have a booked appointment when we shutdown, you should plan on getting an appointment mid to end of June.

In case you aren't following this dilemma.....Our business has been closed by the pandemic. I know a young gal who was just doing dog nails, curbside, no human contact, and the local bi-law officers threatened her with a $3-8000 dollar fine or 1 year in jail! I don't look good in orange....so we will stay closed until the ban is lifted. I feel so sorry for all of my clients dogs who are suffering through this time.
