I haven't posted much real estate business lately on my page. I am as busy as ever but I felt this one I needed to share. This is a special one for me. An agent who worked in our office, Harold Coughlan, held a membership with our real estate board for over 50 years. He followed in his fathers footsteps. Just a year ago last week, Harold passed away. His loving family had many many memories in this home and loved the history behind it, so when I was asked to help them sell their family home, I was honored. I couldn't be happier to announce for the family that the home has SOLD and is now CLOSED. Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this journey for you. <3 Thanks to Katelyn Bourgoin from my office for bringing the buyer. It was great working with you. Such a smooth transaction. :)
