New Program Alert: DOVE (Dudes Only Virtual Experience) - In response to the tremendous feedback we received from the LOVE (Ladies Only Virtual Experience), we have decided to provide similar programming to the dudes in our lives. All male Pan Am members are invited to participate in a 5-week boxing camp delivered remotely by Head Coach Harry Black and certified trainers & coaches Aaron Black & Dylan Martin.... A men’s only virtual boxing experience, meant to provide the Pan Am Boxing experience we know and love, from the comfort of your own home! For $200.00, this intense 5-week training camp will help you elevate your fitness, build your boxing technique and provide an opportunity to experience the Pan Am Boxing community once again! All classes will consist heavy bag, shadow boxing, strength training, conditioning, and core. Whether you need to lose the quarantine-15, regain muscular strength, or get your fitness back to pre-lockdown standards, this program will provide all this and more! Participants require an active Pan Am Boxing Virtual Membership to stream Dove programming on a device of their choosing! All necessary equipment will be provided free of charge for the duration of the program. Registered participants will receive a standalone heavy bag, dumbbells, hand weights, and ab wheel! Fight the COVID-19 fatigue by keeping your mind and body busy with this new and challenging program. Let us show you how strong you can be!

We added a class to next week's Virtual schedule. Rachelle and Elliott are leading a Tuesday morning session in zoom!!! Book it now in the schedule. Want it to be a regular thing? Show up and tell them how much you miss their workouts and commit to being a part of our virtual classes until we reopen! You need a membership to join their class. Use Mindbody to purchase a membership and get the zoom password sent to you on your membership purchase receipt.... Coaches will not be sending the password to members. If you have issues you will need to email Krystle or Dylan!

Virtual memberships will now be activated on the 1st of every month. Memberships for the month can be purchased the week before until the 10th of each month going forward. A new half month membership will be made available on the 10-25th of each month for $13. The password for the month will be included on your receipt of purchase. We are asking that passwords not be shared with anyone.... Members with virtual memberships purchased in October will start November 1st and receive their password this week. Memberships for in person classes are on hold, if you want to use an in person membership for virtual classes please email Krystle.
