Wanted to repost a better quality of video than what was shared from instagram here on FB. Collab with MacKenzie Lehner and Panemorfi Studios who did a fabul...ous job with our song! You totally get the vibe of our show and of our Character Vivienne who sings this number! Yes our show was shut down mid rehearsals for our first production during the pandemic, but we continued to worK. When life gives you lemons...you make lemonade! During the pandemic we released two new singles into the world, this one Currency of Men and Warrior, both now streaming with "Warrior" giving 100% of it's proceeds to Native Alliance Against Violence . We reached 2k streams of our singles on all music platforms and we did a complete rewrite of our script and have done have 2 developmental readings working with our director Rachel Klein. In addition, we did this fun collab with MacKenzie Lehner who choreographed and danced to Currency of Men in this video. Broadway take notice of this great choreographer!! As Broadway and theatres open up... we will keep moving onward and upward. The world needs to hear this true story based on the 1920s about issues we are still dealing with today: misogyny, racism, and sexism! During such stressful times of restrictions and uncertainty, I have never felt more privileged to be able to pusue art and make a living from it. There are a lot of limitations on what we can do right now, but we never have to stop creating. Can you believe we designed this set in a dance studio? Working hard alongside Pumps Canada with Sarah Torkoly to bring another dance concept video to life! This was filmed at the wonderful Artistic Creations in Edmonton, with the stunning dancer Mara Larmand.
